My Story

Markson Clark Residential Services has been a long-time passion project for owner and operator Evan Hay. ​ With more than a decade of experience across a number of unique industries, Evan has culminated a breadth of critical insight on anticipating the needs of both people and process. Evan provides a steady and detail-oriented approach to project management, grounding his work in discretion, efficiency and a deeply genuine respect for his clients and their homes. Currently pursuing a master's degree in clinical mental health counseling, Evan is committed to rooting the core of his professional development in service to others, communities and families across the Chicago area.
